Johnny – yes this will work on all the 6.5L engines, now that being said the thermostat outlet may require modification in order the clear the front end component mounted on the upper left (A/C compressor or alternator). It comes with the outlet at about 45 degrees towards the left side sometimes you may need a 90 degree pointing straight back towards the fire wall in order to make everything work. Also if you have a mechanical injection pump you will need a modified throttle bracket which we also have available.
